GENERAL CONDITIONS OF LACATEDRALDESEVILLA.ORG VISITS AND SERVICES

It is essential to show the confirmation voucher (print or mobile phone) to our staff on the day of the visit. This voucher is valid as a receipt of payment.

The cancellation of the reservation, once confirmed, will involve some expenses:

A.-Services / General visits (except Alhambra and Generalife):

  • ·Cancellations made more than 72 hours prior to the time of service, will be refunded except€ 8 for management expenses
  • ·Cancellations made less than 72 hours in advance will not have any refund.
  • NOT SHOWING UP OR ARRIVING LATE AT THE TIME INDICATED AT THE MEETING POINT IMPLIES THE LOSS OF THE RIGHT OF THE VISIT AND THE NON-RETURN OF THE AMOUNT OF THE SERVICE.
  • ·Cancellations and modifications of reservations must be requested in writing from your customer area.

B.- Visits to Alhambra and Generalife:

  1. 1.- Private Visits Alhambra:
    • ·The amounts delivered for tickets and their management will not be refunded.
    • ·Cancellations made less than 72 hours in advance, will not have any refund.
    • NOT SHOWING UP OR ARRIVING LATE AT THE TIME INDICATED AT THE MEETING POINT IMPLIES THE LOSS OF THE RIGHT OF THE VISIT AND THE NON-RETURN OF THE AMOUNT OF THE SERVICE.
  2. 2.- Daily visits in Group / Regular tour:
    • ·Cancellations 15 days before your visit will be reimbursed except€ 8 for management expenses.
    • ·Cancellations made less than 15 days before your group visit, will not have any refund.
    • NOT SHOWING UP OR ARRIVING LATE AT THE TIME INDICATED AT THE MEETING POINT IMPLIES THE LOSS OF THE RIGHT OF THE VISIT AND THE NON-RETURN OF THE AMOUNT OF THE SERVICE.
  3. 3.- Documentation and identification.
    • You must keep the entry during the entire itinerary. In case of loss you can not continue with the visit.
